Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

Practice Platform offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 7 calendar days of your subscription payment and have used 10 or fewer AI evaluations, you may request a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if: (a) you are within 7 calendar days of your subscription payment; (b) you have used 10 or fewer AI evaluations in the current billing period; (c) a major service disruption prevented use for more than 48 consecutive hours; or (d) you were charged in error.

3. What Is Not Refundable

The following are not refundable: accounts that have used more than 10 AI evaluations, billing periods that have ended, requests made after the 7-day window (except for service disruptions or billing errors), partial billing periods, and one-time course purchases.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access until the end of your billing period. A refund returns your payment and revokes premium access immediately.

5. How to Request a Refund

Use the "Request Refund" button in your subscription settings within the app. Alternatively, email english.stoianova@gmail.com with your account email, subscription plan, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out to us may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

7. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If you notice a duplicate or unauthorized charge on your account, please contact us immediately at english.stoianova@gmail.com. Verified duplicate or fraudulent charges will be refunded in full.

8. Manual Review

Each refund request is reviewed manually by our team. We evaluate your account activity, subscription history, and the reason provided. This process typically takes 1–3 business days.

9. Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we suspect abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to: repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, bulk usage followed by immediate refund requests, or any pattern suggesting the service was used without intent to pay. Each account is eligible for one refund only. Subsequent subscription periods are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

10. Processing Fees

Refund amounts may be reduced by approximately CA$1 to cover non-recoverable payment processing fees and the cost of AI evaluations consumed during the subscription period. The exact adjustment will be communicated to you during the review process.

11. Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

12. Policy Changes

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
