3.1. We strive to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information presented on the Website. However, we do not guarantee that the information on the Website will always be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

3.2. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Website or the inability to use it.

3.3. Users are responsible for independently evaluating the suitability of the information and materials provided on the Website for their needs.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1. The Practice Platform operates on a subscription model with AI evaluation credits. Payment is processed via Stripe.

5.2. Upon subscription, Users receive AI credits according to their chosen billing plan. Credits are consumed when submitting writing or speaking tasks for AI evaluation.

5.3. New subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their subscription payment if they have used 5 or fewer AI evaluations, subject to our Refund Policy.

5.4. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Users may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Website. We recommend regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any updates.
